Albstadt ─ the main plant located on the Swabian Alps
The company headquarters are located in the town of Albstadt on the pretty, plateau-like, low mountain range of the Swabian Alps in the state of Baden-Württemberg. All the departments at Kuefner: Research, Development, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Toolmaking, and Mechanical Engineering work very closely with one another, The main activities of the Albstadt plant cover the development and production of insert, injection-molded filter screens.
Albstadt ─ the second plant for stand-alone, reliable production
This plant predominantly covers manufacturing of screens, strainers and filters for the non-automotive sector. Short paths to our headquarter guarantee failsafe and independent production and every required know-how at hand.
Ludwigsstadt
Our third plant is situated in the town of Ludwigsstadt in Upper Franconia, a region close to the border with the Czech Republic and known for its large number of breweries. Production here is mainly focused on stamped and formed, metallic filter screens.
From Upper Franconia to the USA
Our most important export market outside Europe is the USA. We take care of our customers there with the support of a long-standing partner, IPP Corporation in Charleston, South Carolina.
